Yucatan Congress launches new magazine in Mayan language

The Congress of Yucatan presented the Tsikbal Magazine (Dialogue), a publication that, for the first time, is offered in Spanish and Mayan, allowing Mayan-speaking communities to learn about legislative work.

The magazine, produced by the Institute of Legislative Research, seeks to disseminate the work of the LXIV Legislature and promote dialogue between political forces.

Deputy Wilmer Monforte Marfil highlighted that Tsikbal is a channel to bring citizens closer to the work of their representatives. The magazine includes legal, social, and cultural topics, and will be distributed quarterly in universities, agencies, and city halls.

The magazine will also be available in digital format on the Congress portal.
