Progreso Welcomes More Than 10,000 Visitors on the Sunday Before “Semana Santa”
On the first Sunday in April, before the start of the Easter holidays, which begin next weekend, a significant influx of visitors was recorded at the port, according to service providers.
Up until 5:00 p.m., before the afternoon rain, the arrival of at least 10,000 tourists was registered, who enjoyed a sunny Sunday.
The port is expecting literally hundreds of thousands of tourists during the vacation period of Holy Week and Easter.
