“There are 750 parks for the full development of girls and boys in all areas of Mérida” (Mayor Cecilia Patron)
The Mayor of Merida, Cecilia Patron Laviada, delivered this weekend a project that was carried out with an investment of 1.9 million pesos, and that adds to the 751 parks that exist in the city.
“From the City Hall we are doing what has never been done before to bring quality services to the police stations and colonies of the south because in this government our priority is to guarantee social justice,” she reiterated.
Public spaces like this are an example of what we will be replicating to serve them “because every day I look for a more just and equal Merida where everyone has opportunities,” the Mayor continued.
“We are all allies, I deeply love the city and even more those who live in it and surely working together we will have a better Merida.”
She recalled her commitment to be a Mayor 24/7 and to be there where people are to listen to what they feel and care about, to know the problems and address them.
“In me, you have an ally, a public servant ready to give everything, but I cannot do it alone. I ask you to join me in serving this city for the common good and for everyone to do well. I am an ally to work hand in hand with each of the inhabitants of Mérida,” Mayor Cecilia Patron concluded.
