FGE and FGR lead the incineration of narcotics
With the presence of federal and state authorities from the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) and the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), the incineration of 39 kilos of narcotics corresponding to 109 clues from 42 investigation files of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Drug Dealing, the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Justice for Adolescents and Regional Prosecutors’ Offices was carried out, in coordination with the National Defense Secretariat (SEDENA).
The incineration held at the facilities of the 11th Infantry Battalion is part of the ministerial proceedings of the Narcotics Destruction Program and the provisions of the National Code of Criminal Procedure, which provides for the destruction of seized drugs and objects considered as instruments of crime.
Present were the Lieutenant Colonel of Infantry with a Diploma in General Staff, Commander of the 11th Infantry Battalion, Humberto López Cravioto; representing the FGR, Jesús Antonio Rentería Sánchez; and representing the FGE, Mario Alberto Vivas Pinzón, Director of Insured Assets.
