Attempted lynching in Kanasín: neighbors tie up a recidivist criminal

Kanasín residents caught and tied to a pole a notorious thief known as “Milo,” who was accused of committing a series of robberies in the area.

The incident occurred this Thursday, March 20, when workers at a mechanic’s shop caught him twice: first stealing a ladder and then trying to steal some electrical cables.

Fed up with the fact that this individual always manages to get out of jail, the neighbors tied him to a lamppost and beat him.

The situation was about to get out of hand, but Kanasín Police officers arrived in time to prevent a lynching.

Paramedics arrived at the scene and treated “Milo” for injuries, and he was later taken back to the public jail.
