The design incorporates a central patio that evokes the old houses of the city, allowing the entry of natural light and optimal ventilation, elements that contribute to the sustainability of the building.
For his part, Roberto Kelleher, founding partner and CEO of Inmobilia, highlighted the importance of vertical developments in the urban growth of Mérida. He noted that projects like Aria facilitate accessibility to services in environments of privacy, security, and exclusivity, promoting living communities that interact in common spaces and green areas.

The complex is home to 87 residences ranging from 75 m² to 477 m², with options from one to five bedrooms. Each unit has a utility room and offers panoramic views of almost 300 degrees. The interiors have been designed with the highest quality materials.
