The groundbreaking ceremony for the Grupo López Rosa new real estate project took place on March 19th, a new hotel and shopping center where creativity and art converge.
This inauguration follows the second building of this Art District project, which will consist of a 120-room hotel, green areas, outdoor concert facilities, event halls, and a public park for the whole family.
The governor highlighted this project as a significant US$67 million investment by Yucatecan entrepreneurs that will generate more than 350 direct and indirect jobs.
This project will diversify and strengthen the economy of Mérida and the state of Yucatan, turning it into an icon of social and tourism development.
