On the morning of this Tuesday, October 22, at the “Tiburcio Mena” primary school, there was a hardly credible scenario due to the intentional poisoning of animals.
According to the report, the objective was to poison a group of dogs that lived in the vicinity of the school. However, a pet from a nearby family died on school grounds, and as soon as they saw the dog die, they also observed that several birds of the flora and fauna from the state of Yucatán suffered the same fate.
At the scene, there were bags of food where the poison was presumably placed, and the birds appeared dead there, which caused the parents and students themselves to be surprised because they could not believe what they were observing since it was an unimaginable scenario.
Parents and elementary school teaching staff invite you to report any suspicious event you have seen during the night and early morning, as well as acts of alleged suspects.
